Terms of service

Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Puffy Batch!
By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Products & Availability
Our meringues are handmade in small, themed batches. We do our best to keep product information accurate, but items may sell out, change or be discontinued without notice, especially seasonal and limited-edition flavours.

Orders & Payments

  • All orders must be paid in full online before processing.
  • We accept secure online payments through Visa, MasterCard and other approved methods.
  • We do not offer cash on delivery.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed.

Delivery
We deliver across all of the UAE.

  • Every order is prepared fresh after payment.
  • Delivery time depends on your location, and we will update you once your order is on its way.
  • Please make sure your address and phone number are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details.

No Returns or Exchanges
Because our meringues are fresh food products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please check your order details and flavours carefully before paying.

Ingredients & Allergens
Our meringues are made with egg white and sugar only. They contain egg. If you have an egg allergy, please do not order. Store your meringues in a cool, dry place in an airtight container to keep them crisp.

Custom Orders
Custom boxes are made especially for you, so please check your size, flavours and message carefully before checkout.
